My Philosophy

Healing is a
conversation.

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all treatments. Every session begins with a conversation — about how you're feeling, what's changed since we last met, and what your body is asking for today.

I draw on a range of techniques — Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and more — and blend them intuitively based on what your body needs in the moment.

My goal is never just to address the symptom. It's to help you feel more at home in your body — more comfortable, more mobile, and more at ease in your daily life.
